Papai Foundation has applied for recognition of exemption from federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, and our application is currently pending with the IRS. Donations made to Papai Foundation are tax-deductible to the full extent allowed by law under Section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code, retroactive to our date of incorporation, provided our exemption is approved by the IRS.
